Vision
Method Boxing and Fitness was conceived on the notion that there should be a "method" to learning martial arts. This "method" should include the classic techniques employed by Western Boxing coaches for centuries; but it should also incorporate the latest scientific discoveries in the fields of:

-        Human psychology and physiology
(understanding your mind will help you get the most out of your body)
-        Neurological motor learning (the science of "learning how to learn")
-        Kinesiology (the scientific study of the movement of the human skeletal system)
-        Strength and conditioning (functional and cardiovascular fitness and its role in collective athleticism)

The resulting program takes the best elements from the "classic" boxing and martial arts paradigms and dramatically improves them using the latest science and technology. This approach results in a "whole mind / body program" which we believe not only teaches martial arts, but develops more complete human beings better suited for success in life.

We maintain our "method" to developing martial arts skills will result in faster, more complete development of students as well as having the additional benefit of expanding their "ability to learn" which will serve them in every facet of their life.
